“Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.
To use our platform, you will need to provide us with a valid email address, your full name and phone number and you may be able to choose a username. Depending on the service chosen, Users may be asked for, as appropriate, shop name, email address, mailing address, phone number, billing and payment information (including billing address, telephone number, credit card information), and other identification information. Zebo may contact individual shop owners to confidentially request more information about their shops or items listed on the Site, or to ensure compliance with our rules and applicable law.
We may collect Personal Information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, set up a shop, place an order, fill out a form, enter a competition, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Non-personal identification information we collect may include the IP address and cookies and data about which pages you visit on the Site. We may combine this automatically collected information with other information we collect about you. This information helps us to prevent fraud and keep the Site secure, analyze and understand how the Site works for members and visitors, and provides a more personalized experience for members and visitors.
Some members or visitors may connect to Zebo or register a Zebo account using an external third-party application, such as Facebook. Zebo may receive data from those connected third-party applications. When you connect your account to an external app, you will be granting Zebo permission to receive information from the third-party applications. You can also choose to share some of your activity on Zebo on certain social media networks which are connected to your Zebo account.
When interacting with our chatbots, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.
